1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, all sales are generally final. However, returns or refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Expired products
2. Reporting an Issue
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup
- Provide proof of purchase
- Share clear images of the issue

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns for in-store purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis with valid proof of purchase.
